All pre-made orders will be shipped within 7 business days within the USA. Made to order items will ship within 4 weeks. We ship USPS Priority confirmation mail and you receive your package within 2-3 days after shipment. International orders may take up to 3 weeks for delivery and we are not responsible for lost international packages.

Refunds and Exchanges
No refund or exchange after 20 business days of shipped purchase. No refunds on design patterns or B2B services. Please ship all return items to our returns department at: 558 Grand Concourse #1082, Bronx NY 10451. We DO NOT pay for return shipping.

Any order with a free gift attachment will be sent with only one free gift per customer. All items must be returned during a return or exchange. We do not refund shipping. Please make sure your address is correct so we can process your order on time.
